As General Manager, you will work closely with ownership to establish SOAR! as the ultimate destination for families to play, celebrate, and stay active all year long. Your mission will be to deliver outstanding guest experiences in a clean, safe, and fun environment, all while building a high-quality team and driving financial success.

Core Responsibilities
1. Operations & Facility Management
Oversee daily operations to ensure the park runs smoothly, efficiently, and safely.
Keep up a clean, well-maintained, and fully functional facility, ensuring all attractions and equipment meet safety standards.
Implement and enforce safety protocols, policies, and procedures to protect guests and staff.
Manage vendor relationships, inventory, and supply orders to support smooth operations.
Conduct regular inspections and coordinate necessary maintenance and repairs.
2. Team Leadership & Staff Development
Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team dedicated to providing exceptional guest experiences.
Foster a positive, energetic, and team-oriented work culture.
Lead by example—motivating staff, promoting accountability, and ensuring outstanding customer service.
Develop staff schedules to ensure proper coverage during peak and off-peak hours.
Provide new staff training and ongoing coaching and development opportunities for the staff.
3. Guest Experience & Customer Service
Ensure that every guest enjoys a safe, fun, and memorable experience.
Lead customer service initiatives, promptly addressing guest concerns and resolving issues.
Work with the Marketing Coordinator and implement programs to enhance guest engagement, including special events, parties, and loyalty programs.
Monitor and analyze guest feedback to continuously improve park offerings and services.
Be a visible, hands-on leader, interacting with guests and creating a welcoming environment.
4. Financial Performance & Business Growth
Drive revenue by working with the Marketing Coordinator to maximize attendance, increase event bookings, and implement promotions.
Ensure operational excellence in order to ensure guests continue to return time and time again.
Manage the park’s budget, controlling costs while optimizing profitability.
Analyze financial reports, track key performance metrics, and make data-driven business decisions.
Work with the Marketing Coordinator to develop local partnerships with schools, community organizations, and businesses to grow awareness and attract guests.
Qualifications & Skills
Proven leadership experience in the entertainment, hospitality, or recreation industry.
Strong team-building, communication, and motivational skills.
Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in financial management, budgeting, and revenue generation.
Knowledge of safety and compliance regulations for indoor recreational facilities is a plus.
A passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences and creating a fun atmosphere.
