About Us:
Trillium Accounting is a dynamic accounting firm seeking a skilled Part-Time Senior Accountant to join our team. We're looking for a detail-oriented professional who can efficiently manage clients on a part-time basis.

Responsibilities:

• Manage accounting processes, including month-end and year-end close
• Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports
• Complete accounts payable and accounts receivable functions
• Conduct account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
• Maintain internal controls and accounting policies
• Assist in budget preparation and variance analysis
• Support external audits as needed
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and applicable regulations

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• CPA/CMA/QuickBooks certification preferred
• 5+ years of accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a senior role
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards
• Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a part-time role
