About the Role

As a Fine Dining Server, you are the face of the guest experience. You bring warmth, confidence, and enthusiasm to every table. You’ll master our menu, learn wine pairings, and guide guests through a truly elevated dining journey.

You’re comfortable working in a refined dining environment and presenting yourself with a professional, polished appearance. You take pride in delivering service that feels personal, effortless, and memorable.

What You’ll Do

• Create a welcoming and engaging experience for every guest
• Learn menu items, chef features, and wine pairings to make thoughtful recommendations
• Take accurate orders and deliver food and beverages with care and precision
• Anticipate guest needs and resolve requests with confidence and creativity
• Communicate clearly with culinary and service teams
• Maintain a clean, polished dining room and service areas
• Support your teammates and contribute to a positive, high-energy environment

Essential Job Functions & Physical Requirements 

The essential functions of this role include, but are not limited to:

• Ability to speak, read, and write in the primary language(s) used in the workplace
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 8+ hours per shift)
• Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver up to 30 pounds frequently
• Ability to reach, bend, stoop, and pivot throughout the workday
• Ability to perform repetitive motions and manual tasks related to food and beverage service
