We’re looking for the right person to fill this key leadership role. Interested applicants should bring a mix of grit and grace. As a General Manager, you’ll be hands-on and willing to do the hard stuff but also maintain a polished presence and poise. The role requires a great attention to detail and a strong grasp of our restaurant’s financial footprint. Responsibilities include overseeing inventory, making purchasing decisions, delegating tasks, quality control, and training staff.
