What You’ll Do:

• Design and deliver training for all manufacturing roles
• Provide on-the-floor coaching and support
• Conduct safety orientations and manage certifications
• Partner with Engineering, Quality, and Production teams
• Continuously improve training programs and processes

What You Bring:

• 3–5 years of manufacturing or production planning experience
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Experience with MRP/MPS systems a plus
• Passion for teaching and team development
