Manufacturing Maintenance and Electrical Controls Technician (3rd Shift: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM)

Location: Findlay, OH
Pay Rate: $30.00/hour

Primary Responsibilities:

• Real-time equipment support – Quickly respond to breakdowns, troubleshoot issues, and restore production
• PLC and electrical troubleshooting – Diagnose and repair PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, and control systems
• Preventive maintenance – Perform scheduled maintenance to improve equipment reliability
• Continuous improvement – Identify and implement long-term solutions to recurring issues
• Project and fabrication work – Assist with installations and upgrades while contributing to facility improvements
• Safety and communication – Always follow safety protocols, maintain a clean workspace, and collaborate with operators

What You Bring:

• Experience – 4+ years in industrial maintenance (manufacturing preferred)
• Technical knowledge – Strong understanding of electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical systems
• Troubleshooting skills – Ability to diagnose PLC and control system issues (RSLogix 5000 a plus)
• Physical readiness – Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., climb ladders, and work on the factory floor for long periods
• Mindset – Problem-solving, accountability, teamwork, and a drive to continuously learn and improve
