This person will be responsible for the day to day operations of Call of the Canyon, a quick service restaurant.  They will hire, train, and supervise all employees, and be responsible for cultivating a truly wonderful culinary experience for each guest.  They will manage inventories, ordering of all food, scheduling of employees, etc.  This position is 30-40 hours per week.  Prior restaurant experience is required.
