Ideal candidates would have a minimum of two years in a nonprofit setting, the ability to work independently as well as with other agencies, and an understanding of community-based nonprofit services.

Job duties include, but are not limited to:

• Organize the logistics of food acquisition and distribution, including physical moving of food and lifting as needed, and operating CHOPIN equipment and vehicles
• Coordinate and supervise large volunteer teams and schedules
• Apply for grants and other monies as needed throughout the year
• Collaborate with local agencies and groups
• Interact with diverse clientele
• Coordinate with West Ohio Food Bank
• Maintain relationships with community donors
• Independently run the day-to-day operations of CHOPIN Hall
