RCO Law seeks a motivated business/transactional attorney with two-plus years of relevant experience for the Firm’s Toledo, Ohio office to serve existing clients and grow the Firm’s business practice.


Position Details

This position involves the drafting, review, and negotiation of agreements and transactions for business clients ranging in size and complexity from start-up ventures to global Fortune 500 companies with opportunity to service significant legacy clients of the Firm. Consideration for an equity position with the Firm may be appropriate over time depending on professional development, sophistication, and experience.


Who We’re Looking For

Broad-based transactional practitioner with minimum of two years of relevant experience, possessing superior drafting skills, extraordinary attention to detail, solid business judgment, and sound client development skills.


The successful candidate will strive to anticipate client needs and next steps while benefitting from a collaborative and collegial work environment.


Ohio licensure required. Experience with business succession planning, real estate transactions, or software development and licensing transactions, viewed positively.
