RCM Architects is seeking a dynamic individual for the position of Business Manger to join our team in beautiful downtown Findlay, Ohio.

Founded in 1963, RCM Architects have a mission of advancing our local communities.  As part of our interdisciplinary team of planners, architects, interior designers, and landscape architects, you will have the opportunity to lead the business/finance/human resource aspect of RCM.   

Qualifications:

• degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Management preferred
• proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
• excellent verbal and written communication skills
• self-motivated, with the ability to prioritize, and multi-task
• analytical, problem-solving abilities, and capacity to manage complex tasks
