Having served as an HR Consultant with OneDigital, Jaime acts as a trusted advisor to clients across a variety of industries, providing guidance on employee relations, performance management, leave administration, benefits and payroll compliance, workplace investigations, and talent management. Prior to her consulting role, Jaime gained extensive experience in recruiting, onboarding, and human resources administration with organizations including ADP and Blanchard Valley Health System. Throughout her career, she has demonstrated a passion for mentoring others, facilitating training programs, and creating positive employee experiences. Her expertise spans federal and state employment laws, HR compliance, workforce planning, employee engagement, and organizational development.

Jaime holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Ohio Northern University and a Graduate Human Resource Management Master's Certificate from the University of Phoenix.
