Small Business Workshop: Finding Your Why – And Why That’s Important For Your Business

Small Business Workshop: Finding Your Why – And Why That’s Important For Your Business

Friday, November 18, 2022 (8:30 AM - 9:30 AM) (EST)

Description

Businesses are operating in unique times. Acquiring and retaining talent is an ever-present challenge. Optimizing individual and organizational performance continues as a focus for all businesses. Understanding one's WHY (purpose), HOW, (process), and WHAT, (promise) is key to overcoming challenges and unlocking optimal performance for individuals and teams.

The WHY.OS (operating system) assessment and coaching helps:

  • individuals and teams get clear, stand out, and play bigger
  • businesses at pre-hire, on the job, and for future growth

One of the best 'bang for the buck' investments you can make in your people and your team.

About Bill:

I am a former U.S. Army officer with over a decade of active duty service. I am also a human resource and talent management executive with over two decades of senior leadership experience in large, complex, global companies.

My practical, thoughtful, results-focused approach has helped individuals and organizations in a variety of industries optimize their talent capability and achieve their objectives.

Throughout my career I have coached and advised military veterans to successfully transition from their military career to the civilian, commercial work world.  Having been that veteran who made the transition, I am passionate about helping other veterans succeed.

The breadth and depth of my experience uniquely enables me to advise veterans, non-veterans, teams, and organizations to successfully navigate change, recognize the realities of the circumstance, and develop/execute plans that improve performance and achieve planned objectives.

Business owners can gain insight into important topics related to their small businesses at our Small Business Workshops that take place from 8:30 - 9:30 am. Registration is free.
