Titus Allen, CFP®, MBA

Certified Financial Planner™

Titus has helped individuals and business owners pursue their financial planning goals for close to 20 years. He has a strong reputation in working with Findlay executive-level managers with deferred-compensation plans and stock options. He also enjoys high standing among business owners involved in complex financial situations.

Titus has a bachelor’s degree in legal studies from Cedarville University, and a MBA from The University of Findlay. Post-graduation, Titus also holds a Certified Financial Planner™ designation.

His dedication to community service includes serving on the board of directors for Court Appointed Special Advocates for Children (CASA) and the Christian Clearing House. He is an adoption advocate and participates in events and organizations that benefit youth.

Titus lives in Findlay with his wife, Angie, and two children.


Rodney Kramp, Wealth Advisor

With three decades of business financial planning and operations experience, Rodney’s success lies in partnering with self-employed individuals and early retirees that have unique benefit plans in Findlay. Rodney has series 67, 63 and 66 registrations, and his curated approach focuses on understanding financial risk, investment strategies, wealth accumulation and retirement planning.

Rodney resides in Findlay, and has been married to his wife, Kate, for over 30 years. They enjoy traveling, biking and Fort Myers beach in Florida. They have one daughter, one son and three grandchildren.


Nicole Wagner, Investment Executive

Nicole has more than a decade of experience in the financial services industry. She offers a solid background in lending, business banking and treasury management for commercial and public fund clients. Nicole focuses on working with agricultural families and helping women in need of financial guidance during important life events. Teaching financial literacy and understanding, especially to youth, is her passion.

A graduate of Bluffton University, Nicole volunteers with the United Way of Hancock County and other local organizations. She is the president of Hancock Youth Leadership, and treasurer for the Hancock Leadership Alumni Association.

Nicole and her husband Andy live on their family farm in rural Hancock County with their three children.
