About Scott: Scott Lowry is the President and a Founding Partner at StrataSite.  StrataSite offers a cloud-based Emergency Preparedness Planning Tool for both public and private sector to create comprehensive response plans for any type of emergency.  Scott speaks on the national level regarding emergency planning and preparedness and is the lead trainer on two Department of Homeland Security certified courses regarding Crisis Management for School Based Incidents.  Scott retired from the Findlay Ohio Police Department in 2015 at the rank of Lieutenant after 25 years of service to the Findlay-Hancock community.  During Scott’s time at the Police Department, he was one of the main architects of the Hancock County Field Operating Guide.  These guides were created for an integrated response of emergency services to any emergency at Hancock County Schools.  

Business owners can gain insight into important topics related to their small businesses at our Lunch & Learn sessions that happen from 12-1 pm. Registration is free - attendees are welcome to bring a lunch for the session
