2021 Balancing Act: Personal, Professional, Pandemic

2021 Balancing Act: Personal, Professional, Pandemic

Tuesday, February 16, 2021 (12:00 PM - 1:00 PM) (EST)

Join the Chamber of Commerce for a virtual Women's Leadership Forum presented by Bobbi Beale from Case Western Reserve University.

During the COVID-19 crisis, we have all had to make fundamental adjustments to how we work, educate our children and take care of ourselves and our families. We have increased concerns about safety due to the virus and the orders to stay at home and wear masks. We are all feeling the chronic stress as the pandemic stretches into year 2, and we may not even realize the impact on us, especially due to the inequities that have been brought to light.  We'll focus on how to increase our own resiliency by tapping into the positive experience of compassion satisfaction and meaningful connections. Join us as we discuss the impact of COVID-19, along with the resilience-oriented practices that will see us all through to the other side.
