Organization development psychology (OD) is specialized training that focuses on improving an organization’s capability through the alignment of strategy, structure, people, rewards, metrics, and management processes. It is a science-backed, interdisciplinary field rooted in psychology, culture, innovation, social sciences, adult education, human resource management, change management, organization behavior, and research analysis and design, among others. OD working in tandem with traditional public relations is an amazing duo. We use OD expertise to study the whole system and we use public relations and communications to study the internal and external communications piece to look for congruency.

As the lead counsel, you can trust that I’ll have your back. I have an upper level graduate degree— a master of science in organization development psychology. This plus 30+ years of experience working with a variety of national and global corporate and nonprofit organizations, B2B and consumer brands, and a network of professionals around the world is just one of the benefits of working together. 

I have 20 years of experience working inside public relations agencies and ad agencies alongside some of the brightest minds in the creative industry and had the honor of working with some amazing companies and organizations in retail, finance, food services, arts and entertainment and apparel -- just to name a few. I've worked 10+ years in the architecture and design industry, two years in disaster relief throughout Africa and for the last five years I've helped a global nonprofit de-centralized organization with a variety of strategic initiatives. It has been a great honor to be recognized by my peers. Programs I've led have received multiple industry awards by the Public Relations Society of America, Direct Marketing Association, PRWeek, and Reputation Management, including "Best of Show." On a personal note, I love music, movies and enjoy reading, traveling, scuba diving, and helping find host families to welcome international foreign exchange students. I recently transitioned from Kansas City to Findlay, Ohio to be closer to family.
