MEMBER HOSTED EVENT: APRIL FAHRA: Millstream Career Center & The Business Community (with Pam Hamlin)

Description

Pam Hamlin, Director of Millstream Career Center, will speak about how local businesses and HR leaders can partner with the students and faculty of MCC. Millstream serves Hancock, Allen, Hardin, Putnam, Seneca, Wood, and Wyandot county students through 15 programs and single period courses preparing them to enter post-secondary education or enter directly into the workforce. Through her presentation, Pam will address how local business and HR professionals can partner with and support the learning happening at MCC as well as events and opportunities for companies to meet MCS students and consider them for hire. Additionally, Pam will discuss services available at MCC (such as catering) available to the local public that allow students to gain real-life experiences and offer new services to the business communities.
