MEMBER HOSTED EVENT: Adult Mental Health First Aid

We are offering an incredible Adult Mental Health First Aid course on 11/5 & 11/6 from 9:00 to 1:00 both days, with lunch provided. This is a free training open to anyone in the community who is interested in knowing more about how to identify the signs and symptoms of someone experiencing a mental health challenge, as well as learning about what actions to take during a mental health crisis.

Registration is required and there is a tiny bit of online pre-course material to complete prior to the upcoming course dates.
