Join Findlay Young Professionals for an exclusive behind‑the‑scenes tour of Millstream Career Center! Attendees will explore Millstream’s state‑of‑the‑art classrooms and labs while learning about the wide range of career‑tech programs offered to students from 14 area high schools across three counties.
Following the tour, the group will enjoy a delicious lunch prepared by the Millstream Café and culinary arts students. Lunch is $10 per person, with cash, card, and tap to pay accepted.
Speaker Bio: Pam has worked in education for 32 years and currently serves as the Director of Millstream Career Center. This school serves juniors and seniors from 14 school districts spanning 3 counties.
She has a passion for helping students be career ready once they graduate. She received her BA and MA from the University of Findlay and has sat on many non-profit boards in our community including Curtain Raisers and Business Affiliates at the University of Findlay, the Chamber Advisory Board, Hancock Youth Leadership and was board president of CCS (Comprehensive and Compact Schools) for the state of Ohio. She also was secretary for the state ACTE (Association for Career Technical Education). Locally she is a graduate of the Hancock Leadership- class of 2022.
Most recently, she was on the executive board for Raise the Bar and was a member of the Kiwanis Club. She was also a board member of the Hope House and still serves on the auction committee. Pam sits on the Hancock Business Advisory Council and enjoys helping link business and industry with education. Pam and her husband Tim have 4 children and 8 grandchildren and they own Trends on Main in downtown Findlay. Pam will retire from education in May of 2026.
