In organizations of various sizes, HR professionals often find themselves in need of marketing and PR skills to navigate the daily demands of human resources, most specifically in the areas of recruitment and retention where messaging is so important to talent strategies. Meg Adams brings her wide breadth of experience in journalism, education, and marketing strategies to her daily work through her media production company, Homeplace Creative, where they work with a variety of businesses to identify, craft, and tell their story in a way that engages and connects. Join us as Meg breaks down some marketing basics (specifically geared toward HR professionals) and share some ways she’s worked with local businesses to use storytelling as an effective recruitment & retention tool.
