  • How methods of decision making contribute to a safer environment
  • The two primary choices employees make before making safety decisions

Hancock County Safety Council holds regular meetings to increase awareness of a safe environment in the workplace. Safety Council is partially funded through the Ohio Department of Safety and Hygiene and meets once a month to inform participants of new safety techniques, services, and provide a thorough knowledge of topics, including occupational safety and health, workers' compensation, and risk management education

About Rick:
Rick is the founder of Manager's Ally with a mission to deliver value to employers and individuals. He combines his broad experience, research findings and best practices to help people find the best route to enjoyment and thriving at work. Rick has taken up a variety of work challenges in his career including coaching and teaching in the areas of communications, leadership and creativity – he is the founder of a contracting company still in operation after twenty plus years, he has also engaged in his own initiatives to develop change effort content resulting in various resources such as “The Power of Agreement”, “The Solution”, “Words at Work” and “The Right Conversation." His current highest priority project is the creation and marketing of a change effort resource called “Best Day At Work” A path to more enjoyable and satisfying work days.
