Hancock County Safety Council holds regular meetings to increase awareness of a safe environment in the workplace. Safety Council is partially funded through the Ohio Department of Safety and Hygiene and meets once a month to inform participants of new safety techniques, services, and provide a thorough knowledge of topics, including occupational safety and health, workers'; compensation, and risk management education.


About Mark Eitzman:
Mark is responsible for helping IMS’s clients properly apply machine safety technologies and attain regulatory compliance while maximizing manufacturing productivity.  In this role, Mark provides consultation and solution engineering that integrates safety into automation machine controls and people/machine collaboration applications.

Mark has been in the automation industry for over 37 years and joined IMS in 2020.  Prior to his current position, Mark was with Rockwell Automation for over 30 years, in various commercial, product and business management roles.

Mark earned Bachelor of Arts degree in Management from Malone College in Canton, Ohio, a Certificate of Industrial Distribution Management from Texas A&M University and a Certifications in Machine Safety and Industrial Cybersecurity from TUV Rheinland.
