This session will zero in on self-awareness and emotional intelligence as a means to avoid the forces of disengagement and increase fulfillment and meaning in work and life!  Attendees take-aways:

  • The power of self-awareness and intentional adaptation to navigate challenge
  • The Four Forces of Disengagement- what are they and how do we avert them
  • Opportunity to learn about your Fulfillment DNA

Sara Best is a passionate people and team development champion with over 25 years of experience serving global, national and regional organizations of all sizes and scope in both the for-profit and nonprofit sectors. Her mission is to help people find fulfillment and success in their lives! Sara is a certified Talent Optimization Leader, a certified practitioner of The Predictive Index, a certified EQ-i2.0/EQ 360 Assessment Administrator as well as an experienced Emotional Intelligence, Performance, Team, and Executive Coach. She holds a bachelor’s degree in social work from The Ohio State University and a master’s degree in administration from Eastern Michigan University.
